Hi my name is Annette and I’d love to become your Personal Travel Counsellor.
My base is Hobart, Tasmania. Growing up, my parents always encouraged me that there was more to the world than just our back yard!
After leaving school, and studying Tourism and Hospitality, I was itching to get out and see the Big Wide World. I left with my back pack, my passport and some money in my pocket! That was the beginning of my love of travel - before I knew it, 6 months turned into 2 years!
Since then I’ve worked in Edinburgh, Scotland and Perth, Western Australia. I have seen the pyramids in Egypt, sailed boats in the Greek Islands, spent time reflecting in Gallipoli, snorkelled in the warm waters of Fiji, and had a flutter in Vegas.
My travel career has included working in an extremely fast paced, high yielding travel agency. After having a family of my own, I joined Travel Counsellors so that I could continue working in the industry that I love dearly.
I believe that your holiday starts from the moment you decide to go somewhere, not from the time you land at your destination. That’s why I became a Travel Counsellor. I specialise in Honeymooners, Weddings Abroad and everyone’s dream trip of a lifetime. I inject energy and pride whilst exceeding your every single wish, from departing for the airport to arriving home with your photos, I will continually tend to your every need while working within your budget.
I believe your trip should be smooth sailing in every aspect from beginning to end. This may include tours, transfers, accommodation , all the while knowing that I will have organised any Visa and Insurance requirements for your peace of mind.
