My name is Claire Phillips and I am your personal Travel Counsellor based in North Ringwood, Melbourne.

My interest in Travel began at the age of 15 and when I started working in a Travel Agency it was a dream come true. I worked in the Travel industry in the UK for over 10 years and I have had the privilege of visiting many wonderful and interesting places such as the USA, Tunisia, Israel, Malta, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and many more. So far my favourite destinations are Paris, South Africa and anywhere in Canada.

Working within the Travel Counsellors network gives me access to award winning technology, around the clock head office assistance and access to the network of over 1100 Travel Counsellors worldwide who are more than willing to help me with local advice while putting your plans together. It also means I can combine my two passions, Travel & Exceptional Customer Service. Not only that, but working from home means that unlike most other travel agents, I am available outside the normal 9-5pm business hours should any unforeseen circumstances arise.
