I have been involved in many different areas of the travel industry over the past 22 years including owning and managing retail agencies, and in sales and marketing roles with airlines, wholesalers and tour operators. I am actively involved in many community and sporting groups and also a member of MENSA.
My passion for travel has taken me to 113 countries around the globe. From cycling the back streets of Hanoi to the overwater bungalows of Bora Bora; from the bright lights of Las Vegas to the depths of the Amazon jungle; from fine dining atop the Tour Eifel in Paris to hunting and eating with the Pygmy tribes of the Congo and from luxury Caribbean cruises to traditional houseboats in Kashmir, I have been fortunate enough to experience so much the world has to offer, and through the unique service of Travel Counsellors, you are able to benefit from this wealth of experience and also from my abilitiy to provide unsurpassable personal service while managing your travel arrangements.
I am able to meet at a time and place suitable to you – whether it be in your home, office or favourite cafe, at lunchtime, evenings or weekends. Or I am able to handle everything by phone and email if that is your preference.
My business experience means that I understand your corporate needs. I am married with two school aged children who I have had the pleasure of travelling with all over the world, so I also understand the needs and challenges of family travel. Whether it be camping on a 6 month overland trip through South America, sleeping on a felucca on the Nile, staying in a luxury private villa in Bali, the best equipped London accommodation for business or finding the best family resort in the Pacific Islands, there is an excellent chance I will be able to draw on my personal experience to help you and ensure that your holiday and travel dreams are realised.
