Hi, I’m Heidi, your personal Travel Counsellor and I’m here to help you get through some more of those pages. I’m here to help you explore and discover all the wonders of the world and make the process as exciting and carefree as possible for you.

I am available almost all the time for all of your travel needs by an option that best suits you, whether it be by phone, email, or in person over a coffee. I will make sure I spend the time needed to make your travel arrangements run as smooth as possible. I will treat your holiday as if its my own.

I have extensively explored over 25 countries and experienced some of the most amazing places in my travels. I have stayed in accommodation ranging from camping on safari in Africa and 2 star hotels in Egypt, to luxury 5 star resorts in Malaysia and Switzerland. I’ve had experiences ranging from face to face contact with mountain gorillas whilst Gorilla Trekking in Uganda, to travelling the city and regional roads of Europe and the UK in a Motorhome. I’ve enjoyed the ease of cruising, on both the River Nile and the South Pacific and my love for the USA has seen me return on several occasions. I have experienced first hand the services of over 16 different airlines.

I have 11 years experience in international travel and 5 years working as an International Travel Agent. I decided to take a different approach and I personalised my services by becoming a Travel Counsellor. I now can stand out from the rest and give you the high customer service you deserve. I am motivated in booking your travel arrangements and giving you service with a smile.

I have been a Travel Counsellor for over one year now and it is the best business decision I could have made. I love helping my clients out with their holiday and the satisfaction I get when my clients refer me to their friends and family is without a doubt one of the biggest compliments I could receive.
