Hi, my name is Jacy Richards and I am located in the Snowy Mountains of NSW, in Berridale. Welcome to my home page and thank you for visiting. Just a little about myself as i'm aware that planning your dream holiday is a big deal and you need to know that you have the right person helping you.

I moved to this area in 2004 with my husband, Peter. Previously, we were in Canberra and living the city life but had decided to slow down and enjoy God's creations more. What a fantastic decision as we've loved every minuted down here: we get to enjoy the amazing scenery and serenity of the mountains, the Snowy river & Lake Jindabyne...yet on the other hand, we get to take advantage of all the activities in the area including skiing, mountain biking, camping, hiking, fishing and more. And to top it all off, we have three gorgeous young men (all under 6yrs) who add to the enjoyment!

I first started my career in Ottawa working on grand overseas adventures for students and since then I have seen "traveling" expand and take on a new life - there are so many options now and so many places that are much more accessible. My passion for both travelling and helping others arrange their vacations hasn't waned! My travel bug has taken me to many places around the Globe including South East Asia, Europe, New Zealand, North, Central & South America - and most recently, Uganda, Africa and Dubai, UAE.

I have just entered my fourth year as a Travel Counsellor and my 20th year in the travel industry. WOW! How time flies when you're having fun! I am thrilled to be your local Travel Counsellor focusing on you - not your money but on you - and what you desire in your dream holiday. It isn't just about booking you on a flight. It is about sitting down with you, having a cuppa together and getting to know you - because I can then arrange your holiday to your personality as well your needs and budget. I want you to feel comfortable and confident through the entire process of your initial enquiry to your return.
