Hi and welcome to my home page.

My name is Jacy Richards and I am located in the Snowy Mountains of NSW, in Berridale. My husband, Peter, and I moved to the area in 2005 to "slow down" and enjoy God's creations and we're very happy we did. We get to enjoy the serenity of the Snowy River & Lake Jindabyne, the snow, and the locals (plus much more). We spend our time with our three boys, aged 4 and 3 (twins) playing in the park, skiing, swimming and camping. It is a great area for families!

My passion for both travelling and helping others arrange their vacations hasn't waned! My travel bug has taken me to many places around the Globe including South East Asia, Europe, New Zealand, North, Central & South America - and most recently, Uganda, Africa and Dubai, UAE. I have enjoyed a fascinating career and feel so blessed to be in the position to help others arrange their own dream holidays.

I have just entered my third year as a Travel Counsellor and my 19th year in the travel industry. WOW! How time flies when you're having fun! I first started out in Ottawa, Canada with a student/backpacker focused agency, moved on to corporate travel and now work with a company that I absolutely love! I am thrilled to be your local Travel Counsellor focusing on you. Not your money but on you and what you want/need to have a fantastic, enjoyable holiday. I love that I can ask a fellow TC from around the world for inside tips... and I have access to the experience and expertise of over 1100 other Travel Counsellors!

It isn't just about booking your airline ticket: I'd like to sit down with you and get to know you - because I can then arrange your holiday to your personality not only your desires and/or budget. You need to be comfortable and confident through the entire process, from your initial enquiry to when you return with feedback as it is a relationship of trust.
