Jake, I appreciate your flexibility and service during this trip. You have certainly made things flow very smoothly even with the constantly changing schedule. This type of service is critical over a trip like this where it is fast paced and therefore allowing me to focus on the project without having to spend the time on the travel planning and coordination.

Even going out of your way to point provide even the small details of where to pick up the shuttle bus, find the rental car agency, etc. These things make a big difference in the overall travel experience. I’m sure you hear similar feedback from clients on a regular basis but just wanted to be sure to communicate this to you.

If I come back here for pleasure (hopefully can bring my family some day in the future) or business or have friends or co-workers come to Australia I will be sure to have them contact you!
