My name is Laura and I’m looking forward to becoming your Personal Travel Counsellor.

I have had a passion for travel from the age of 18 when I boarded my first Trans-Atlantic flight. I left behind the known and comfortable (my childhood home in South Texas) for the unknown and exciting world. After that first year abroad I spent my young adulthood working to make money to support my travel jones.

I’ve been fortunate to have had the opportunity to explore many corners of our beautiful Earth. I’ve travelled extensively in the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Europe, South East Asia and the South Pacific. I’m certain that my travel addiction will see me through to my lifetime goal of setting foot on all 7 continents.

I’ve also been fortunate to make a career out of my passion. I’ve spent the last few years in retail travel - loving the industry but hating the impersonal forum. As a Travel Counsellor I am now able to offer professional, reliable and most importantly, PERSONAL service to my valued clients.

Travel Counsellors is a global company with state of the art technology which allows me to work from my home, your home, your office, or your favourite café over a cup of coffee. In other words, I work to your schedule. Whether it’s over the phone, via email or over dinner at your local, it’s at a time to suit you.
