More than 30 years working in the travel industry, gained from working for major airlines and in running my own travel agency, has given me a depth of knowledge and experience which has proven invaluable to my clients.
Although business and pleasure has taken me to destinations such as the UK, Spain, France, Portugal, Germany, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Italy,Russia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Manila, Fiji, Vanuatu, Bali, New Zealand and the USA, I have a special knowledge and understanding of European countries and cultures. I have lived overseas and speak fluent Spanish, which has been a great asset on many occasions, such as when one of my clients took ill and was hospitalised in South America. Being able to converse with the doctors and hospital staff provided peace of mind for her and her family and made what could have been a difficult situation so much easier.
I pride myself on personalised service and “going the extra mile”, providing the best possible service at all times. Each and every client and each and every itinerary, whether it’s a straightforward trip from A to B or a long and complicated travel plan, is important to me.
As a Travel Counsellor, I am committed to maintaining the highest level of service for my clients.
