Trish, I just wanted to thank-you for your fabulous customer service on our last holiday. For you to not only be available at anytime even Easter Sunday. After texting you on Easter Sunday from Hong Kong regarding the disappointment of our room, 20 mins later the Manager called our room showed us another and we where transferred to our new suite within an hour!! We don't often get good customer service anymore so when someone shows great customer service and goes above and beyond we should recognise them. Thank you again Trish.
