Your service was excellent. We really knew that our holiday would be a good one before we left home. In all aspects the Silverseas cruise was very good for a number of reasons from the ease of settling into our cabin to the staff and the ship. The recommended hotels throughout Buenos Aires, Peru and Chile were exceptional and the Belmond train ride from Machu Picchu just stunning, all suggested tours and knowledgeable, friendly guides that you recommended through your wholesaler, were superb. Great trip and we really loved South America. Slow pace most of the time, excellent food and drinks and of course unforgettable scenery!

In conjunction with Christine, my wife and I put together an itinerary for a vacation to the USA from May 30, 2018 and returning June 30, 2018. We agreed on the cities we would visit being New York, Washington DC, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego and Honolulu. Chris arranged all the flights, suggested travelling by train from New York to Washington and Los Angeles to San Diego (which we accepted), as well as arranging all the accommodation. Chris also suggested some places to visit and which ones that you need to book before you leave Australia to ensure you don't miss out. With all this assistance from Chris the trip turned out to be excellent. The accommodation in each city was very good and in great locations that were central to where everything was. There were no issues with flights and the two train trips were a great alternative to more plane flights. The attractions that were pre-booked by Chris (5 in total) were trouble free and thoroughly enjoyable. With the additional information (brochures, maps, suggestions etc.) that Chris put together for us before we went and we took with us, there were many other things we did that we may never have done. This is the second overseas trip that Chris has put together for us (in 2015 we travelled to Italy and France for 4 weeks) and we cannot fault what she has done for us. From the point of view of my wife and myself Chris has become more of a friend than a travel agent and she is basically available 24/7 especially when you are overseas just in case you run into any issues. We have no hesitation in recommending Chris as a great travel agent and will definitely use her again for our next overseas trip.

Given the trials and tribulations that I encountered on my most recent trip with my adult family - most of which were almost self inflicted - it is impossible to imagine why any intrepid traveller would trust there precious travel program to anyone else. Christine is a gem and a genius rolled into one.

I have been very pleased with the service Christine gives us. We recently returned from overseas and Christine organised everything so well. This is the second time we have used her and would recommend her services to any person. It is great to know if we have any queries or concerns while overseas she is always available. Looking forward to our next trip.

I cannot recommend Christine highly enough. This is the fourth trip I/we have booked through Christine and her attention to detail is second to none. Christine modified our itinerary according to our preferences and even arranged VIP entry to Angkor Wat (Cambodia) so my husband's 86 y/o mum who came with us on this trip could experience this amazing Temple and ruins. Christine will always tailor a holiday to suit exactly what we want so we are not locked in to itineraries like with many other tour operators. I always feel incredibly safe and secure when I travel because Christine provides us with all relevant information pertaining to each country including emergency contacts and local contact details. Our seating preferences on the aircraft were honoured including being given priority through customs at each entry point and with our baggage collection. We enjoyed every moment of our holiday which was relaxing and absolutely stress free from start to finish. Christine is always available to clarify any details and offer her assistance even while we were away. Christine has a wealth of knowledge, experience and insider tips for just about any country you'd want to visit. With Christine, it really IS personal! Thank you once again Christine and we look forward to our next adventure with you.

Hi Chris, our trip was a great success thanks. All your hotel bookings, transfers and walking guides were seamless and made our holiday just that more relaxing. The hotel choices were particularly important and very enjoyable. It is important for us that you are an excellent communicator with the travel knowledge and smarts that we appreciate. Thanks again for all your work.

I have dealt with Chris over the past few years and she has shown commitment with all of my travel plans. Nothing is too much trouble and she has great knowledge of the travel industry. She is a wonderful person and I am so happy to be able to say that her attention to detail is second to none and then when things did go wrong with airport closures she was the there to help and advise me. All I can say is "Good Onya Chris you are the best".

Christine is very knowledgeable and is well travelled to give the best advice about travelling. Myself and my husband had never travelled overseas and it was very comforting to hear of her personal experiences which really helped us plan our amazing trip. To have Christine visit our home was convenient. She tailored our trip so we didn't miss out on places we both wanted to visit. Christine always followed up and made every effort to pass on any other information that was important to us. All of our travel documents were collated and given to us in a folder which remained in hubbies bag at all times. We would highly recommend Christine to anyone who is planning a holiday. Everything that we had experienced was on Christine’s recommendation and was amazing. Can’t wait to plan another with her!

We cannot say enough about the amazing, wonderful, caring way in which Christine has looked after us over the past few years with our overseas trips. Nothing is too much trouble even when we make changes. She is available always to offer advice, suggestions and to help at any time if there are little hiccups. We could not recommend her highly enough and she will always be our “go to girl” when planning future trips.

Two things you should never travel overseas without - travel insurance and Christine as your travel agent! Christine has arranged fantastic trips for our family and friends over the last few years. When a medical emergency happened on our trip to New York in December 2016, Christine was brilliant. From arranging extra accommodation, special flights home, helping us deal with the insurance company and answering the phone regardless of the time, Christine went above and beyond "the call of duty". We could not have managed what was a traumatic experience without Christine's love, support and friendship.

Thanks for all the organising Christine. The hotels in Australia and New Zealand were excellent and so were the organised pick ups. We had a great time travelling, seeing the country and following the brown tourist signs. We also enjoyed our stay with our friends at Hokitika on the South Island. The ferry trip to the North Island went very smoothly - water and organising wise! :) Both flights went well and no trouble with customs and pick up of luggage. Thanks again for all your efforts to give us a very enjoyable holiday. Kind Regards Rob & Margie

My Husband and myself took my parents (in their mid 70's) over to Ireland and the UK for the month of April 2017. When we started the journey (mid 2016) with Christine, we had very clear ideas on what tours we wanted to do. I informed Christine of the companies and their tours, which she promptly checked and found that they would not suit our needs. Christine then set about organising the tours through an Australian based company, carefully following the guidelines set down. This was done with complete professionalism, whilst keeping in personal contact with me the whole time. We set off April 2nd with stopovers in Dubai, then to Dublin, car hire for 2 weeks and all accommodation, flight to London, car hire for 2 weeks and all accommodation, flight back home again with stopover in Dubai. All flights, transfers, car hire and accommodation ran like clockwork, helping to make this one of the most memorable holidays ever experienced. I am planning to take my grandchildren to Disneyland in 2020, with on of them being physically disabled and I will most definitely be using Christine again to arrange this experience. I would highly recommend Christine for any type of travel arrangements.

My wife has used Chris services regularly to plan many of our trips and this time we needed assistance with travel to Italy for a specialised sporting event Chris advised us on the required permits and transport requirements for the airlines for my sporting equipment to be moved through without issue, making the whole process so much easier and stress free. She was able to transfer us to the remote places I was competing at and assisted with accommodation and sightseeing for my wife to do whilst I was competing When it came to the second half of the trip, Chris recommended some wonderful boutique accommodation close to attractions we both wanted to see, but still in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and transport, so we could relax and enjoy ourselves without the worry of getting around, and without missing out on anything we wanted to see and do She was able to recommend tours to the Vatican, Colosseum, Pompeii, The Statue of David and around all places of interest to us throughout Venice and Florence Can't thank her enough for advising us to take the tours with jump the queue priority, especially after seeing how long some of the lines where. As a result we didn't spend hours in line, or miss out on any highlights. She even managed to arrange for a detour during our travels for us to visit the Enzo Ferrari museum in remote Modena Thank you for making our holiday planning so much easier, and for tailoring the trip to suit our sporting requirements, and interests.

After using Chris's expertise in booking our first European trip to Italy in 2014, we had no hesitation booking through her when we wanted to travel again. This time to Prague, Budapest, Istanbul and Dubai. In Prague, Chris recommend a unique accommodation opportunity to us, on her recommendation we booked into a Botel. A moored steam boat located on the River Vltava in central Prague. The Botel had its own restaurant, and provided breakfast, but more importantly its location was in easy walking distance to all the tourist attractions in central historical Prague, and providing us with the unique experience of sleeping on a river boat. In Budapest, Chris once again booked us into a fantastic hotel, close to wonderful restaurants, shopping and tourist highlights. We walked everywhere without any problems, and never felt rushed. She also recommended wonderful tours, taking into account our interest in World War 2 history. Chris also organised our travel from Istanbul to Gallipoli, she recommended we use a private tour with our own guide and driver. We were picked us up in Istanbul, driven to Gallipoli, and showed us around Troy and the Gallipoli over a 2 day period. Our guide was wonderful and made sure we had plenty of time at ANZAC Cove, Lone Pine and the Nek. Pointing out positions of the Australian and Turkish soldiers, and explains there movements during the battles and campaign as a whole. The area is hard to get to, and difficult to get around, as there is little signage or information available on sight. We would not have taken us much away with us from this experience if not for the guided tour. With our stopover in Dubai, Chris was able to advise us on some wonderful tours, and organised our transfer to Ferrari world, as well as organising accommodation in easy walking distance to the Dubai Mall.

We recently used Chris expertise in booking our Honeymoon to Germany and Austria. Chris recommended some wonderful accommodation in boutique hotels. Chris had contacted the hotels at time of making our bookings and notified them that we were on our honeymoon. All the hotel staff made us feel very welcome and congratulated us on our honeymoon, usually with champagne, although one hotel did upgrade us to a romantic suite on arrival The accommodation she recommended always provided wonderful services and information, with great facilities available to guests (such as gyms, saunas, and spas) and all hotels were located in great areas, close to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Not to mention public transport. Chris helped to make our trip very memorable, she recommended tours that took into account our interested in World War 2 history, with walking tours around Berlin and a trip a concentration camp we would have never know about without her suggestions. She also organised a tour out of Salzburg, which took us to the eagles Nest. I mentioned my husband wanted to visit a relative’s war grave in Berlin and she took the time to find the information on the cemetery location for us, as well as where we could find his grave, and assisted us with getting to and from our accommodation for us to do this She also recommend dinner in the Berlin TV towers revolving restaurant, which shouldn't be missed. Chris made sure my husbands’ interest in motor sport and cars was catered for, recommending trips to the Porsche and Mercedes museums in Stuttgart. She also recommended a two night trip to Hallstatt. A UNESCO listed village located on the shore of a lake in the Austrian Alps. We had never heard of Hallstatt, but it became one of the highlights of our trip, allowing us to relax and enjoy the Alps and snow. Without Chris we would have missed out on this wonderful experience Her help in getting us around Germany and Austria was made so much easier, by organising a five day rail pass, which covered train travel between all the cities we wanted to visit. As well as private car transfers to and from the airport. Thanks for the stress free, honeymoon. Can't wait to book with you again.

Christine arrange a trip for me that included Singapore, Penang and England. In Singapore and Penang I had a particular interest to locate the graves of my POW uncle and my grandfather at Singapore and Penang respectively as well as visiting local points of interest particularly WW2 military sites in Singapore. Chris was able to arrange a daily local guide, driver and vehicle at both locations. The guides were extremely well informed, the vehicles included a black Mercedes in Singapore and the drivers were extremely obliging. Everyone spoke excellent English. My guide in Singapore, Patricia, was particularly well informed on local history, politics and development of the island. My quest to find final resting places was successful. I found this way to explore both locations in limited time both efficient effective and relatively inexpensive. I would definitely use this method of visiting sites of special interest again. The balance of my trip to England was faultlessly organised with car hire, accommodation, transfers and flights working like a well oiled machine. My checked luggage even got all the way from Penang via Dubai to Heathrow without a hitch and was waiting for me when I arrived. I would use Chris's services again with hesitation. John Cunningham

Hi Chris, I just wanted to thank you for our fantastic holiday in Vietnam. Everything was wonderful and the itinerary suited both mine and Peter's differing holiday preferences perfectly. This trip had a perfect balance of activity and rest and gave us a really good look at North Vietnam in a short period of time. I can't say what the highlight of our trip was because I loved Hanoi and the cultural sights, food and markets, the cruise and sights of Ha Long Bay and Mai Chau was incredible. The food everywhere was just incredible! The homestay exceeded my expectations, although one night was enough. LOL. Wide eyed tours and our guide Kevin were very professional. We enlisted Kevin for a further half day tour of the museums, temples and Ha long prison. The May De Ville Old Quarter Hotel was very clean and very comfortable and perfectly located. Needless to say I did LOTS of shopping. Peter and I are already planning our next trip. We'll probably do South Vietnam and Cambodia toward the end of 2017. Once again, thank you Chris for a professional and perfectly organised holiday. We just had the best time! Regards, Kerrin

It had been a very long time since I stayed in Singapore and when visiting here again in 2017, I found it to be more interesting than ever before. Singapore is probably now known as the place to go to just to stay at the impressive Marina Bay Sands resort, but I found there to be so much more than just this resort to see and do. One of the biggest tourist attractions there now is the Gardens by The Bay, a haven of horticultural and garden colour right in the city centre and on over 100 hectres with 3 distinctive waterfront...

It was a thought provoking and emotional trip to Flanders (Ypres region/Belgium) and the Somme (Amiens/France) to retrace the footsteps of the Anzacs that gave so much in the battles of WW1. To have read about what happened and then see it before me, left me lost for words and quite often, hard to comprehend. The wasted young lives of those who paid the ultimate price for land not their own has made me very grateful for what we have now. This is a must visit for anyone with an interest in what occurred during the four years of 1914...

San Francisco is certainly worth a look on a trip to the USA and as the song goes, you will easily lose your heart to this captivating city, famous for the Golden Gate Bridge, hill climbing cable cars, Pier 39 and Alcatraz, Union Square shopping or walks through the highly creative communities of the area. There is so much to see and do. Whilst there I did a hop on hop off city tour and took advantage of familiarising myself with the city before going back and taking in the highlights at leisure. The Golden Gate Bridge is well known...

With a flying 12 hour stopover only available to us in London, we decided to make the most of this. Firstly we spoiled ourselves by staying at the beautiful Langham Hotel, centrally located and with quick and easy access to Regent Street and sightseeing for this quick visit. A stay here is well worth the money, comfy big beds, large rooms and attention to detail everywhere…….or just to enjoy the special treats left in your room at check in, their famous rose macaroons! Whilst the traditional hop on/hop off bus tour had finished for the evening, we decided the best way to...

Recently I did a five day 4 wheel self drive experience from Alice Springs to Ayres Rock, driving the Mereenie Loop Road and is was incredible! Alice Springs is a diverse and vibrant outback town. We visited some great attractions such as the original site of the Old Telegraph station where Alice Springs was settled in 1872, The Royal Flying Doctor Service, the School of The Air, which is a unique educational service, known as the “World’s largest Classroom” and The National Road Transport Hall of Fame gives you an incredible look at how the outback transport industry was pioneered from...

A truly beautiful country with something to offer everyone. It was a quick and flying visit but we saw and did so much. Our base in Langkawi was at the Westin Langkawi. A beautiful resort set in a natural location with incredible views of the Andaman Sea, especially from the bar area where the Margaritas are cold and refreshing! Open the doors from your balcony and take in more of this lovely area, but please do not feed the monkeys! We managed to see some of the local attractions, including a ride in the cable car. If you can get over the...

I love going to China, it is such a diverse country. Busy, bustling modern cities mixed with the history of imperialism, to Ming dynasty villages in isolated mountains. I have visited 3 times now and still have so much more to see and do. If you are looking for history Beijing has it all. Located right in the centre of Beijing is the Forbidden City. I spent hours walking around the walls of this beautiful 500 year old palace. There are still over 950 surviving buildings and over 8700 rooms, many with artifacts and furniture belonging to the Ming and...
