Recognised as the true experts in the region and with over 50 years’ experience in traversing its rugged terrain and uncovering its hidden wonders, travellers will astounded by the service, hospitality and once-in-a-lifetime moments APT offers.

Hike through spectacular gorges and then swim in idyllic freshwater pools as you travel to the heart of the Kimberley by 4WD on the Gibb River Road. Or gain a new perspective of the incredible environment on an expedition vessel and explore the region’s magnificent bays, islands and reefs.

Here is what you can expect from an APT Kimberley Wilderness Adventure:

Exceptional Service & Knowledge

APT’s dedicated Driver-Guides are an indispensable part of their extensive teams. On an Expedition Cruise, you’ll venture into some of Australia’s most remote and captivating areas with onboard experts such as naturalists, historians and ecologists and get up close to Kimberley’s hidden treasures for an intimate discovery.

Custom-built and Luxurious Fleet

With APT’s very own MS Caledonian Sky and MS Island Sky expedition ships both providing the most in-depth Kimberley cruising experience, the choice is yours to make. On land, APT’s Mercedes Benz and Isuzu 4WD vehicles easily traverse the Kimberley’s rugged roads, while providing a safe and comfortable ride.
