We recently returned home after our magnificent 7 week holiday that you organised for us. When you consider that we visited 15 cities, 33 arrivals and departures from airports and numerous mini tours, problems could have easily eventuated however, thanks to your attention to detail and professionalism, everything went like clockwork. We appreciate the effort and time you invested in planning our trip which started way back in January 2019. We had a wonderful time and awesome experiences many of which you recommended and coordinated. Thank you so much and we look forward to working with you again on our next trip.

It never occurred to me to use a travel agent/ consultant to organise my yearly trips back to Melbourne as I would usually go directly to fave airline, unfortunately covid kind of caught me out and I know had I not re- connected with Julie there's no way I would have made my trip this year as fave air line became complicated. Julie got me onto brilliant flight for great price and organized everything from hotels, return flight to Spain and lots of extras thrown in e.g preparing me for 2 week Sydney quarantine and then getting me to melb.,and information on where, when, how much for mandatory covid test before leaving Melbourne. So, now I'm so thrilled to have my own personal travel consultant, and if Julie can't make it happen nobody can. Brilliant!

Sam is always extremely helpful and prompt with any bookings I've made through Travel Counsellors. If there has been a problem, all I've needed to do was talk to her and it has been fixed straight away without question. She's a fantastic operator!
