Deborah assisted us with getting the best deal on a rental car while we were away. Then when our flights were delayed, she was available after hours to make sure the rental car company would still be open for pick up when we arrived. This took a lot of stress off my mind.

I had been with my travel agent for many many years- and I usually ended choosing cruise/cabin etc -and felt just like a number to them. I mentioned this to a friend who told me about this lady called Deborah and gave me her email address. I contacted her to enquire about a cruise I was thinking of booking in the near future etc, within no time she was back to me telling me cabins and prices etc. Nothing seems to be a trouble to this lady- so from booking one cruise with her- I now have booked another three cruises. Needless to say, I have not had one word from my previous travel agent asking why wasn't I booking my usual three cruises per year.

We were recommended to book thru Deb by a regular customer who had spoke highly of her professionalism and accuracy with bookings. This was our first time booking with her and she has been efficient and her attention to detail has been impressive. She tailored our booking to our needs and was well priced. As we are not internet users, Deb even sent paper copies, ideal for us as we like things on paper. All our requests were answered and we look forward to a smooth trip. Thanks Deb

We have booked several times with Deb and continue to follow her to Travel Counsellors. Having booked many cruises, Deb knows and understands our needs and is always competitive with pricing. Again, we are attracted to her for future bookings because we feel safe and trust her to deliver a holiday that we will remember. She listens and understands our requests and as we are not internet users, helps us break down that barrier by offering printed paperwork to peruse and refer to. Good service is hard to find, but we will always book with Deb now.

Deborah is a fantastic travel agent who we've used to book a lot of our holidays over the years. We are a family who love to travel, at least one overseas trip a year and Deborah helps us to find exactly what we want, whilst recommending her tips. Her service is exceptional- and it doesn't stop at buying the ticket. She provides support until you land safely back home. This is very handy to have, especially when traveling with children. Thank you Deborah for your great work. Looking forward to booking many more holidays with you in the future. Kelly
