Welcome to the wonderful world of travel and thank you for taking the time to visit my site. My name is Samantha and I would be honoured to be your Personal Travel Counsellor.

I have been in the travel industry, both leisure and corporate, for many years and in that time I have been fortunate enough to travel extensively to the destinations that I sell, experiencing the different cultures and different ways of life that make all destinations unique. Travel has been my passion for as long as I can remember and I love sharing my experiences with others. Nothing pleases me more than hearing about clients travel dreams and being involved in making them come true.

In today’s hectic world many of us are time poor, the service I offer can assist you with this. I offer a personalised, honest and flexible service. You no longer have to line up and feel like just a number or spend hours searching the internet. The flexibility of working from home lets me fit into your lifestyle. Unlike the traditional retailers I am available at times that suit you.

My business is based purely on providing my customers with the highest possible levels of personal service at the best prices. Sam organised a 3 week trip for us (3 adults) to Europe. As I was travelling with my parents I needed it to be a completely stress free, fully organised trip, with transfers, rail tickets and everything completely taken care of. Sam was amazing, she exceeded all our expectations of what we required. We travelled through 2 countries staying in 5 different cities, we commuted by plane, bus and train throughout and absolutely everything was planned to perfection. All our travel timings were fabulous, which was a feat in itself! There were no nasty surprises at all on our trip, and a couple of unforseeable hiccups (that were no fault of Sam's) were easily taken care of due to all the contact details we were given. We had an amazing trip, it was a pretty intense Itinerary we had requested, and Sam organised it beautifully. I am a well travelled person and part of the reason for that is my incredible agent Samantha. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she exhibits professionalism and patience in everything she does. I still remember a frantic phone call I made to her from Rome station. She was cool, calm and collected and helped resolve the situation from half way around the world. I would like to say Samantha is fantastic!!! I had been to 3 other travel agencies and had the worst experiences, I was considering cancelling my trip as I was not enjoying planning this trip which had to coincide with family also traveling from Melbourne.
